No. You can start with 30 days of full access without entering a payment card. After that, your estimator can continue free in Demo mode. There’s no automatic charge simply for signing up.

Your estimator keeps working in Free Demo mode, including pricing calculations, lead capture and email quotes. A DEMO watermark appears on the estimator, its images are hidden and new image uploads are locked. Design Studio stays free, and your existing Showroom stays visible with its uploaded images; adding new photos requires upgrading. MidasQuote Pro is a paid feature. There is no automatic charge.

If annual billing is available on your account, you can choose it through the billing options. You can also stay on the free version without committing to a paid plan.

All prices on this site are in Canadian dollars (CAD). If you're paying with a US or other foreign card, your bank or card provider will convert it automatically at checkout.

No. Your existing online Showroom stays visible with the photos you've already uploaded. On the free plan you just can't add new images. Upgrade whenever you'd like to continue expanding it.

Many shops can get through the basics in roughly an hour, depending on how many products and prices they offer. The pricing wizard walks you through using your existing shop prices, and you can come back to fine-tune or add more products whenever you like. Start with just your most common items — there’s no need to configure everything on day one.

Absolutely. We’ll help with the basic setup for free, including up to three items in each category if you need a hand getting started. We normally work through setup by email so you can follow along at your own pace. If a phone call is genuinely needed, we can arrange one. You can always add more items or refine your pricing yourself afterward. We can also help with embedding the estimator at no cost.

No problem. Every shop gets a direct link to their widget — just share it on social media, in your email signature, or send it straight to customers. No website needed.

Your shop’s pricing — not a generic industry price list. The wizard works backward from example quotes you’ve priced using your normal process to calculate rates for the estimator. As with any estimating tool, review and test the results against real jobs before using them with customers.

You can keep using the free version without a paid subscription. If you choose to upgrade, you can cancel your paid plan through Billing. Your free Demo estimator and free Design Studio remain available afterward, subject to their free-tier limitations.

You don’t need to write code. The setup wizard helps turn your own example prices into estimator rates. To add the estimator to a website, you typically paste in a small embed snippet. If that part is unfamiliar, email us and we’ll help with the basics for free.
